Where Errante Stands on Coronavirus

Coronavirus has been spreading rapidly across the world, affecting 197 countries and 416,686 confirmed cases.

Southern Europe is now at the epicenter of the coronavirus crisis and as a company, we need to ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees, while making sure that our clients worldwide are able to trade.

As of the beginning of March, we enabled our head office team to work from home until further notice to help limit the potential exposure to the coronavirus and to do our part in limiting the social spread of the illness.  We only have a limited number of people for business-critical functions working in our head office and everyone else is working remotely.

We are taking essential and responsible steps in unprecedented times to minimise any potential disruption to our partners and traders.  We are confident in our continuity plans and dedicated to delivering superior and personal service no matter where it is being delivered from.  Patience and solidarity are key attributes to get us through these challenging times.

General Manager of Errante, Parthenios Charalambous said “We care about our employees and their families and it is the responsible thing to do to allow and support their working from home.  Together we are all fighting this pandemic.  We have secure and robust systems in place which means that Errante offers the latest trading technology for maximum protection and fast execution. Our Support team members are online and waiting to help or answer questions.  For us, it is business as usual in every sense of the word.

From all of us at Errante, we wish you health and strength.  Please #stayhome and #staysafe.

If you have any questions or require any assistance, please contact one of our support team members via our Live Chat or email [email protected].
